Mobile credentials on
HID readers.
Bring Wallet credentials to your HID-enabled PACS today.
We've integrated with the leader in access control - HID Global. Modernize your PACS deployment with uncloneable wallet credentials issued by AccessGrid.
AccessGrid's integration with HID creates a seamless bridge between modern mobile wallets and enterprise-grade access control infrastructure. By pairing AccessGrid's wallet-native credential issuance with HID's industry-leading reader ecosystem, organizations can issue secure Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials directly to users without requiring a separate mobile app. Credentials are provisioned instantly, managed centrally, and recognized at the door, allowing operators to replace legacy HID Prox cards and fobs with a mobile-first experience while maintaining the enterprise-grade security and reliability that HID deployments are built on.
AccessGrid enables a future-proof access stack that is simple to deploy and easy to scale. AccessGrid handles the complexity of secure NFC credential lifecycle management, issuance, revocation, and real-time updates. This while your existing HID infrastructure remains the system of record for access points, schedules, and permissions. The result is a tightly integrated workflow where onboarding, offboarding, and access changes happen in real time, reducing operational overhead and improving the end-user experience. This partnership empowers facility managers, integrators, and enterprise security teams to add mobile credentials to their existing HID infrastructure with confidence, using standards-based wallet credentials that work across iOS and Android devices.
How it works
Many HID NFC-capable readers (Signo, certain Multi-class) work with mobile wallet credentials issued by AccessGrid. Once a credential is provisioned to a user's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, update the reader and then simply tap the phone on a compatible reader to gain access. No app download, no Bluetooth pairing — just a tap.

Yes, if your iPhone is part of an MDM program, the passes should install just fine.
